Pros
The company has a good form of motivation for it employees and the strive to success is always on how hard you work. The incentives that you receive are all based on how hard you push, and moving up the chain of command can be quick if you show the drive. You do deal with a multitude of people being inside a Wal-mart or H E B, which can allow you to grow in your interactions with people as a whole.
Cons
That being said, there is still a sales requirement for you, which creates a lot of tension between both you and those around you. Being in locations such as Wal-mart and local H E B's, the type of customers you may deal with can range, meaning that the perspective of the "people of Wal-mart" culture will be a standard sight. Aisle prospecting can take a lot out of you as well, while you attempt to sell accounts to local customers who either don't have interest, or already have an account with the company.
