      High Pressure Sales Frequent change (some times not always communicated quickly and thoroughly) Certain Positions hold authority levels that don't make sense (Such as a Manager not able to provide a refund)

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
