      1. Upward Mobility 2. Good training 3. Good team environment 4. Good annual bonus

      Cons

      1. Not great at giving raises 2. Too "Profit-over-People" many times 3. Doesn't keep up with budgeting salary increases w/ the market 4. Uses sales tactics to promote idea of non-monetary benefits as a viable trade-off for not making more money (i.e. "family-feel", work-life balance, small chance of layoffs, etc.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
