      The advancement and growth potential. The culture and climate is fantastic in back office. The leadership is phenomenal. New ideas and concepts are embraced. The CEO is active in the business and has fostered an excellent work environment.

      Cons

      Pay might not be as competitive, but the management is top-notch.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
