      Pros

      you can actually be promoted fairly easy within the company. you are in charge of how much more money you can make through sales. you can make some mistakes without being terminated fairly fast compared to other banks.

      Cons

      the constant push on sales and the demand to exceed your sales goal even when you have already accomplished it.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
