      Able to move up at your own pace Learn how to do almost every aspect of banking Good culture

      Cons

      Only cons would be where since you move up at your own pace, when you start getting to salary based positions, you might get hung up in one position if there is not an open opportunity

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
