Pros

Easy way to get into banking Industry . You will learn a teller's job and a personal banker's job. It might help you in your future employment with any other mainstream Financial institution. Excellent cash handling training .

Cons

Horrible schedule . This bank is only about sales , they recently started focusing of customer service . poor incentives , if you are driven by money then, there are other retailer that pays you more in hourly wages and great incentives. Forget about your family and personal life .You are a slave of your district Manager.Please never count on your direct manager's support. No sales no career opportunity. Disrespectful District managers.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
