Pros

They are very flexible with your schedule if you are a student, Exposure to been a teller and a personal banker. Worked for 2 years while in college was a good job for a college kid.

Cons

Work On Sundays, Sales Sales Sales, They barely care about your life after work if you guys are behind on branch goal which can be a pain especially if you go out a lot on the weekends.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
