Pros

You get to meet wonder people and coworkers, and you learn the banking business as well as the teller side. You also learn how to market if you ever need it for another job and how to read loan paper work.

Cons

Depending at what branch you are. You have to market and market and even if you market and don't meet your goal you won't get paid for the rest of what you market because you did meet your goal.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
