Pros

I can't think of a pro. Maybe for someone who is just starting their banking career this would work, but once you've worked at other banks this is not the place for you.

Cons

Horrible pay , hours and customer service. They run this bank like a check cashing store, and the amount of accounts they require are ridiculous. They don't know that quality vs quantity is better for customer retention and more profitable.

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
