      You are compensated & recognized for your sales talent Promotions based on sales Back office support is very helpful Great customers

      Not all BMs are competent You may be passed up for promotions if someone's sales are higher (even if obtained unethically) sales sometimes overshadows customer service

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
