Pros

First convenience bank is a great place to work. They have an amazing product if explained correctly to the customer. They are open 7 days a week even on holidays.

Cons

Having to work in a retail store is a down side but the fact that they are open and work around any schedule is also a plus for the company

Pros

Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

Cons

It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
