      Decent pay and benefits, bank holidays, flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Management yells from the top down, don’t mess up, EVER. You will go home in tears during the first week of the month. Very few make it longer than a year.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
