      The bank uses Integrated Teller which is the same system many banks use. The position develops customer service skills with individuals as well as businesses. There are opportunities for upward advancement.

      Cons

      The pay is is low, and it is more of an entry-level position for the banking industry.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
