      Experiece dealing with customers, knowledge about bank services and products, application of bank controls, learn to meet goals and succeed at work.

      Cons

      Growth in the company is quite unfair. Respect towards employees was lower than expected. Favorism existed in the workfield. Communication discrepencies.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice! This is a great place to work! I learned a lot from this program. Onboarding was a very easy process. I was exposed to many branches of the company and given hands-on access to active projects and operations.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get an internship here. They don't really seem to have a standardized internship pipeline. You kind of need to know someone.
