Basic insurance, basic wage below market level. 401k. Pay check is on time. Also they will apply visa for you

Cons

The manager will send a email to test you after you resign. That's horrible. And they will threaten you against your visa and check account. That's 21st century. And people are free. I will sue this company if necessary since I knew they fake resume

Few things from my personal experience are - - Reachability - Ontime payroll process - Cooperative staff and management - Diligent paperwork and coordination for H1B amendments/renewal

Cons

While interactions and meetings within the operations teams and management are regular occurrences, taking the time to periodically connect with tech employees can provide additional value and comfort to them. Just a thought!
