Pros

1.) Training time is very good 2.) Trainers and HR(of some team) are friendly 3.)Pickup and drop facility available 4.)Work life balance 5.)Company will not force you to do any amount of extra work, your scheduled work is only what you are suppose to do

Cons

1.) Leaves are something that is big concern 2.)Incentives are not aid out properly 3.)No clear answer is given on the salary deducted 4.)For any small thing that can go here and there the company will make you sign the HIGH RISK DOCUMENT 5.)people get Documented for everything

Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
