Based on current management strategy, I don't anticipate this cesspit will be around much longer.
Cons
There's a new time off policy being implemented. If you currently have time off available to use, you will only have one more year to roll the time over. Time off will be use or lose from now on. I could mention numerous others, but if you're a current employee, now's the time to update the resume. If your a prospective employee, look somewhere else.
