Pros

As with any job, you develop relationships with clients and coworkers/teams. Senior leadership finally looks promising.

Cons

Promotions are reserved for friends. Mid-Senior level leaders are looked at as the work horses to make the most senior leadership look good. No guidance, shotty recognition with no official system in place to recognize hard work outside of email. No comfort in knowing your position is secure; always waiting for the next cut.

Being a people-centric company, we follow the ‘Open Door’ policy to listen to our employees – they can walk up to their HR Manager / Business leaders to express their concerns and ideas. Pros

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

Cons

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
