Pros
The people in my training group and the colleagues in the same position as me were great. Team leader was easy to talk to.
Cons
Monitored within an inch of your life. 4 minutes toilet break per day. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the toilet. Back to back calls, as in, once you have finished one call there will be another one for you within 10-20 seconds. Disorganized place. Our commission was usually wrong, and no one in the company knew how much it was actually supposed to be. Robot work - no useful skills to develop apart from communication over the phone. Many agents lied about sales prices in order to complete a sale which is overlooked - I believe this is called lying/deception, and not actually being a skilled communicator. But this is overlooked. Rats around the work place. Yum. Looked forward to my dinner I must say.
