Pros

Food (until you get bored of it) Hours Benefits (although the insurance is super expensive) Full time is 30 hours for this company

Cons

The owner is a very arrogant human being. He thinks he is the best of the best and he treats the employees very bad. Management does not have any knowledge on how to run a company things change out of the blue and they dont even communicate them The job is retail store so its basically cleaning and being a cashier BORING Lower the hourly rate for current employees which is not nice

Pros

I’ve been with Fitlife Foods for over eight years, and I can genuinely say it’s been an incredible journey. The growth potential here is real—I’ve had so many opportunities to learn, develop new skills, and take on new challenges. What truly sets Fitlife apart is the mission. We’re not just selling meals—we’re changing lives. Every day, I get to be part of something that helps people feel better, live healthier, and become the best versions of themselves. That kind of purpose keeps me motivated and inspired. The culture is fun, fast-paced, and filled with people who care deeply about what they do. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow and make a real impact, Fitlife Foods is a fantastic place to be.

Cons

you fall in love with a meal and then it has to get replaced! But good news is the chef always brings out even better ones
