All of our full-time Team Members are offered our Fitlife benefits if they work 30 hours or more a week on average . We offer everything from healthcare, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and even pet insurance! As far as scheduling, I'm sorry this was always weekend shifts for you. We make our schedules based on our Team Member's availability provided, but like to honor any request or shift swaps if needed. We offer a very competitive base and some awesome bonus potential. We like to reward our Team Members who are achieving results. We wish you all the best and thanks for providing feedback that can help us improve!

I have spent six wonderful years at Fitlife Foods so far. In that time, I've experienced managers that act with professionalism, treat their employees fairly and allow for a fun workplace. If you choose to become a wellness coach there is a fair bonus structure, and a great opportunity to experience some of the aspects of being a dietitian/nutritionist. At times there are complimentary meals. For any college students looking for a job that allows for extra time to study, certain stores/managers have some downtime that may allow for this.

Cons

Limited growth opportunity, lots of downtime.

Upper management does not listen to anyone but themselves

As a wellness coach, there is a lot of flexibility and opportunity to hone in on my coaching skills. My community store leader and regional wellness coach leader do a great job helping me set goals, hearing my concerns, and creating opportunities for me to get more clients and business within the store. There is also good opportunity for commission, although this should be increased in my opinion (the current percentages that coaches can make are a bit stingy and provide not much room for career growth)

Cons

Though my direct managers are very attentive and focus on what we need to do as a team to be successful, it is frustrating to hear about how the CEO and upper management deal with very real problems with the food/delivery/and health concerns that come up. If Fitlife foods wants their coaches and stores to be successful, they would do well to listen more to community store leaders, and spend more time IMPLEMENTING customer and coach suggestions rather than continuing to dance around them and send out fanciful internal emails that are of mostly no use.
