Pros

As a wellness coach, there is a lot of flexibility and opportunity to hone in on my coaching skills. My community store leader and regional wellness coach leader do a great job helping me set goals, hearing my concerns, and creating opportunities for me to get more clients and business within the store. There is also good opportunity for commission, although this should be increased in my opinion (the current percentages that coaches can make are a bit stingy and provide not much room for career growth)

Cons

Though my direct managers are very attentive and focus on what we need to do as a team to be successful, it is frustrating to hear about how the CEO and upper management deal with very real problems with the food/delivery/and health concerns that come up. If Fitlife foods wants their coaches and stores to be successful, they would do well to listen more to community store leaders, and spend more time IMPLEMENTING customer and coach suggestions rather than continuing to dance around them and send out fanciful internal emails that are of mostly no use.
