It's a job at least 😮‍💨

Cons

To many to list but I will name a few. Terrible employee retention. Managers sleep with employees and it's known by upper management yet accepted. Horrible benefits. Holiday pay is not as it is listed. They require you to use it as Pto. HR makes up rules as they go and no level of accountability for any level of the team. No real career advancement opportunities at the culinary center. However its odd as store level side of the business has multiple promotions every year.. hmm weird right. Any real issues that get pointed out are followed by the management team making excuses. They say we will look into it yet 6 months down the road the same issues are still there. Shall I continue...
