Absolutely none if you enjoy being taken for granted.

Cons

Far too many to list. Favoritism runs rampant. Want to get a promotion? You better be best friends with the people in charge. HR is an absolute joke. You'll wait months for an answer on something while they tweak the handbook to match whatever nonsense they have come up with. They have their hands in everything and know less than nothing. Holiday pay is in no way holiday pay. You have to jump through hoops to get it, otherwise it counts as "pto". Ha! You may as well count it gone at that point. So many good people come and then go just as quickly because of disrespect or neglect from management. The pay is laughable and raises are nonexistent. You'd make more money panhandling at the gas station. I could go on for hours and hours,
