We do recognize environmental conditions at the culinary center may not be ideal for everyone. All applicants should know half of the facility is working in 40 degree weather (our assembly side) and half of the facility is working in a snug kitchen that some of our former employees have are less than ideal but not a permanent issue. Our advise? Come and see for yourself! Our ideal candidates are life long learners, who are curious and enjoy being part of a team that is constantly evolving.
