The company has to grow a lot, especially about the way how they treat the people. The employers don't feel stimulated to do their best because assistent manager and general manager come taken just from other company or are lucky to be friends of friends, then we have management that doesn't have even half of the knowledge of a normal employer that sweat everyday to earn maybe the minimum wage after a year in the company. Letting them work for 3/4 hr cleaning and giving them no extra for the help....
