Pros

Co workers were incredibly nice, weekly pay is also amazing

Cons

Where to begin. The company has constant system issues that you get punished over, no actual supervisors to direct members that aren't happy to so you have to deal with plenty of irate members day in and day out with no real way of helping them other than to tell them 'sorry, you'll get a call in 5 business days' which half of the time does not happen, no real resources or guidance to help you (training was a mere 3 days with no actual practice for the calls) just microsoft teams chat in which no upper management ever responds to you in, if you ever need to call out due to an outage of your own good luck, even if you have proof of it it doesn't matter and will be counted against you. It is a revolving door of a company, people that start one week are gone by the next. This is great as a temporary job but nothing more than that.

Pros

Work/life balance is consistent. PTO is quickly accrued (per hour accumulation), 401K is competitively invested, Insurance options available. Team Leads, Supervisors and Managers are very supportive and training is paid for. Occasional contests, spiffs and fun stuff for the teams.

Cons

Audits weekly (although there is a wide margin of learning opportunity. They understand you have to get with the flow). 3 weeks minimum needed to request PTO, (we get our schedules about 3 weeks in advance, so makes sense).

Pros

Remote is the only pro two of my managers were great but the last one I had was not.

Cons

Management was very unprofessional at my last month there. There was no room to grow or move up and no pay raises as they moved you from account to account. I did ask my manager how i could improve my raises and the only response was post more in teams chat. - NO room for growth very little pay for what you do. The third issue would be my last manager at the end. She first stated she was just out of training to be a manager when she in fact was not out of training to which she confessed and probably forgot at the end of my time here. The fourth would be that holidays you have to use your PTO.
