Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear of the issues you had during your time here at Flaherty and Collins. I can assure you that we take every step necessary to ensure our maintenance staff is of the highest quality, and we put our best efforts into the continuous training of not only our maintenance staff, but of all employees. Furthermore, it’s surprising to hear that you had issues getting a performance review. We have a policy in place to ensure that all employees receive an annual performance review, at which time they could be eligible to receive a pay increase or promotion (if the review is a positive one, of course).
