I wish I could put down some but there not any to think of the company is prehistoric in this day and age complete top heavy with upper management that does nothing but absorb all the pay

Cons

poorly managed properties and it starts with the property managers they are only in place because of pay scale not by experience but that seem to be the company culture it was the same with maintenance no knowledge in place whatsoever no reviews at all get what you can when hired there is no chance of getting a raise after hire date beware

I can assure you that we take every step necessary to ensure our maintenance staff is of the highest quality, and we put our best efforts into the continuous training of not only our maintenance staff, but of all employees. Furthermore, it’s surprising to hear that you had issues getting a performance review. We have a policy in place to ensure that all employees receive an annual performance review, at which time they could be eligible to receive a pay increase or promotion (if the review is a positive one, of course). Decent commission pay structure.

Corporate office is a mess. Upper management does not communicate with onsite staff. Property managers are left completely in the dark while the company seems to be restructuring. Don’t even try to live at one of the properties because getting an employee discount is like pulling teeth. Ridiculous amounts of pointless reporting and strict deadlines. No career advancement after a year and barely any pay increase. Would not recommend this company whatsoever. Sometimes the biggest company isn’t the best. They seem like a big machine that just can’t keep up. Will be seeking other employment ASAP

PTO, benefits are decent, offer job training and advancement.

Cons

CLIQUEY! If you make the wrong person slightly upset, you're branded with a target, no matter how great you are at your job, how much money you save the property and how amazing your ratings are, they will come for you. It's quite a shame. Otherwise, it would be a great company.
