Pros

Lots of resources for help, good benefits, good commission structure, everyone was respectful and courteous, valued further education opportunities and had adequate access to training.

Cons

Some properties are fee managed and may lose their contract or be sold, so job stability is a concern. However, this is common in the industry.

does not pay overtime unless they absolutely have to, not much room for promotions or growth, no continuous training during employment
