Pros

Most employees are really nice. Consistency in a job Decent benefits.

Cons

The company doesn't really care for anyone outside of their corporate offices or property managers. After one year they are supposed to discuss your future and this ever hardly done. In my opinion they care more about profits than the residents.

Surrounding support is amazing. Everyone wants to help you be successful. We are big on getting the proper training. They let you run your own race as well.

Cons

Sometimes people get spread too thin or have too much responsibility on their plate.
