Pros
Nice property. Okay pay. Professional.
Cons
The management told our staff we would get bonuses for staying with company during a period of extra work, stress, and oversight. This period of time stretched most of a year, and then they gave us nothing. They consistently promote people who demonstrate a type of loyalty which only means a willingness to lie. There is a culture of throwing everyone else around you under the bus to make yourself look better which seems to come from the top down. It's actually a nice job at the site level but the pros of this job clearly have nothing to do with the upper management. The company itself treats you like a number and will lie to you in a way that will actually have a serious affect on the decisions you make in your life. Don't trust anything they tell you if you work for F+C. Also they try too hard to be a typical lame corporate environment. This is in Indiana, most of the people who work here are uncomfortable with anyone who is slightly different from them in any way.
