Pros
There is great opportunity to make good money without a degree. The first year can be difficult, but after only 3 years with the company I have been able to double my salary. Also, if you don't have to worry about dependents, benefits are extremely affordable. I also like the options we have in regards to our 401ks. You can definitely realistically plan for your retirement while there. It's pretty cool that if you work at their home office in Gainesville, their CEO is just walking around and ready to chat. He's pretty easy to talk to and there are a lot of awesome people there.
Cons
Working here is difficult and the only real upside is the money. You have to be willing to teach yourself if you want to get ahead. The training is terrible. A lot of times you don't get it, or when you actually do it's useless or whatever you're being trained on doesn't work like you were taught it should. They have a regular raise on your base salary which is already low compared to other financial institutions, but at 3% a year, no matter how much better or worse you might do, it's an absolute joke. They are EXTREMELY slow to promote. Extremely. They will lose paper work after a year of your recommendation and force you to start over. Not only that, but they have you take tests with extremely outdated questions and answers. It makes it extremely difficult to pass them, especially if you didn't work there 5+ years before you started when the tests were actually made.
