Working here is difficult and the only real upside is the money. You have to be willing to teach yourself if you want to get ahead. The training is terrible. A lot of times you don't get it, or when you actually do it's useless or whatever you're being trained on doesn't work like you were taught it should. They have a regular raise on your base salary which is already low compared to other financial institutions, but at 3% a year, no matter how much better or worse you might do, it's an absolute joke. They are EXTREMELY slow to promote. Extremely. They will lose paper work after a year of your recommendation and force you to start over. Not only that, but they have you take tests with extremely outdated questions and answers. It makes it extremely difficult to pass them, especially if you didn't work there 5+ years before you started when the tests were actually made.
