Pros

Good pay and work/life balance. Not micromanaged and have the ability to increase your salary with incentives. Most employees are nice and helpful.

Cons

Training is minimal but if you’re a motivated person, it’s easily learned. Favoritism is shown within and outside the departments. They’re handling Covid-19 by offering free food Friday’s and a short 10% increase in pay that has ended; instead of allowing employees to work safely.

Many great benefits insurance, 401k etc

Cons

Mortgage Management is non”existent. No communication within department, no moral and absolutely not a team. Manager will not except responsibility of any issues brought up but instead pushes “her” rules which has not and usually does not have what’s best for our Members interest

Pros

Helpful staff, good career opportunities which seniority and performance based. Very good interest rates on cd, savings and also loan rates. It's a non profit organization so customers benefit by the lower rates on credit and loans and higher rates on savings and cd's.

Cons

Not the best pay, great benefits though including free health insurance with matching 401k contributions.
