Pros
I worked for the staffing company so the pay was minimum wage. They pretty much accept anyone willing to work. Beneficial to a person needing a job asap. If you work DIRECTLY for the company then they start you $13 + an hour with great benefits.
Cons
Working for the staffing company (PHR) they will treat you like a slave for the entire 12 hours (6pm-6am). Also required to clean for two hours prior to the shift ending. (You have to use high pressure water hoses and shovels, EVERYONE except managment goes home soaking wet EVERY single night.) They can really careless about you (no exaggeration) and will not hesitate to terminate you for whatever reason. I got fed up after 3 months and walked off and quit, ZERO professionalism from management as they will cuss you out for minor mistakes... Earning $7.93 a hour for being someone's slave and being treated like kaka was not worth it
