      Pros

      Work you do affects lives across the globe and you can take pride in that. Benefits are good, and even in tough months there's no fear of layoffs. Good family-owned business which is hard to come by nowadays. Great culture of celebrating employees like annual employee appreciation days. Intranet is kept up-to-date with transparent updates about state of the business.

      Cons

      Bad employees, especially leaders, are given a thousand chances to redeem themselves and can be seen as lack of accountability or protection from leadership. Leaders vary based on building you're in, and some need more leadership training.

      Pros

      Fun work, meaningful products created. Really nice events put on for employees.

      Cons

      Impossible to move up if you aren't friends with the hiring manager in most departments. If you don't have at least a bachelors degree, you mean nothing and will never be valued as more than a production worker regardless of your skill and accomplishments.
