We have worked hard to preserve our family-like culture, but growing as fast as we have year over year has come with its growing pains. What started with just a handful of people has blossomed into more than 1,100 employees. While the pandemic forced us to restrict events around the workplace, things have begun to open up again, and we are planning activities that enable our people to connect in person again.
