Great health care, start off with pto and can use it at anytime, great benefits, always room for growth, no lay offs or shut downs, hsa and company contributes to it and 401k as well they have someone go over it with you also.

Cons

Some of the buildings are very clicky, you get jabbed with wire a lot,

Fun work, meaningful products created. Really nice events put on for employees.

Cons

Impossible to move up if you aren't friends with the hiring manager in most departments. If you don't have at least a bachelors degree, you mean nothing and will never be valued as more than a production worker regardless of your skill and accomplishments.
