      Pros

      great starting pay. and lots of opportunities to advance. they also try really hard to accommodate any scheduling issues you have. i.e. hours /time off

      Cons

      too many managers. too many people in control creates problems when they all want you to do something different. everyone thinks their the ceo and all have different expectations of how things should be done.
