Great Company & Great Pay! - Restaurant Manager Fox Restaurant Concepts Employee Review

Fox is one of those rare companies that runs like a machine, but feels like a family. They hate the word "corporate" but don't lack systems & organization, like most smaller mom & pop operations; it's the best of both worlds. To ice the cake: their hiring strategy is to hire great people from other concepts & pay them what they're worth, so the pay is great & the quality of the managers tends to be much higher than I've seen at other concepts.
