You will get worked very hard. They have a policy that the answer to every guest request is always "yes". The regulars figure this out and ask for the most ridiculous things. Meanwhile other (less high maintenance) guests suffer while you're running around like an idiot trying to please 1 or 2 people. You can't please everyone all the time.
