Pros
Really positive company! They really try to make sure the employees are taken care of, and in return they expect us to go above and beyond for the guests. A lot of opportunity to meet really great people and network with the guests that come in. Also, you make great money. The price point of almost every concept is pretty high, and if you're a friendly, smart, outgoing server you're going to do great. Also a lot of potential to move up in the company.
Cons
I've worked with a lot of management, sometimes the turnover rate is pretty high. So it can be annoying to work with new managers all the time. Also, you're definitely still in the restaurant business...this means dealing with people and their BS. If you get stressed easily, or have an attitude, this probably isn't the job for you. I find myself having to bite my tongue a lot of the time when a guest is rude to me.
