Pros
I can't really think of many- good food, once in a while it is a fun work environment, guests often tip generously.
Cons
Poor hours, extremely low pay, unfair treatment of servers, zero benefits, political work environment, management won't hesitate in the slightest to cut pay or hours in order to save money, atrocious uniforms, expectations of 5-star restaurant service in a 3-star restaurant environment, entirely too many employees for any sort of team environment to develop.
