Restaurant standards are well maintained on the outside, guest standard is high. From the outside it seems like it is running seamlessly
Cons
Employee standards are low, not that they hire below standards but the way they treat their employees as disposable part of the industry. Poor training standards for both hourly and salary based positions. There is now leadership within the store our outside of store level
