Management there is horrible. They work so many hours that their only way to socialize is with their junior employees. Smoking pot and partying with servers is not ok on any level. If your not in their in crowd and you speak up, they will find a reason to let you go. Originally came to company with promise of opportunity but found no matter your knowledge, skills, or abilities, if your not in, your out :(
