I worked at multiple restaurants in this company. Managers pick favorites, and they care about the guests SO much to the point it is toxic and hurtful. They will prioritize a guest over their staff even if the guest is harassing you, belittling you, or has treated you poorly. They act like you can get promoted with "hard work" and "dedication" but just use the possibility of growth as a way to keep you there forever in the same posistion.
