Disorganization with EVERTHING! Managers not knowing how to run an efficient shift while being courteous to the employees at the same time. The Management TALKS down to the employees, belittling them which s uncalled for. There are times the manner of disrespect when they talk to the employees is so unprofessional, at times they even do it in front of guests and others. Their "reasoning" for the disrespect and firing of employees is a serious joke, if you didn't smile big enough one day while shinning their shoes, you got fired.
