Pros
You build long lasting friendships with coworkers. You get free juice working behind the bar. Good bar experience.
Cons
Long shifts 8-9 hours. Lots and lots of heavy lifting. Exhausted muscles. Constant stress. Constant pressure from the bartenders and managers. During some shifts they do not allow you to take a break. The management team is the worst part of working here. The mangers chose favorites and hire girls that they want to sleep with. Management does not praise hard work, even if you do the best job possible. Do not bother trying to get promoted unless you like being the teachers pet.
